CleanSpark seeks a driven professional to serve as the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager, overseeing the 24/7 operations of its GSOC at the Las Vegas Corporate Headquarters. This on-site role reports to the Senior Director of Security and Technology. The position is full-time, based in Las Vegas, NV, and located in the United States.

Role Overview
As GSOC Manager, you will lead the 24/7 GSOC operations, manage personnel and technology in a fast-paced, intelligence-driven environment, and protect assets, personnel, and information across the enterprise. This role requires strong critical thinking, technical acumen, and the ability to coordinate with executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- GSOC Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of a 24/7 GSOC, ensuring real-time monitoring, incident response, and critical communications.
- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise a team of GSOC Security Officers across rotating shifts to maintain operational continuity and situational awareness.
- Performance & Scheduling: Implement performance metrics and scheduling protocols to ensure consistent coverage and high team performance.
- Incident Response & Field Operations Support: Serve as the central point for real-time incident monitoring, analysis, and escalation across CleanSpark’s corporate infrastructure.
- Emergency Coordination: Coordinate emergency response and disseminate actionable intelligence to executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct periodic security audits at offsite locations to evaluate compliance with security protocols and identify improvement opportunities.
- Executive Protection Support: Provide on-site leadership and logistical support for executive protection events as assigned, in collaboration with internal or external stakeholders.
- SOP Development & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for GSOC functions including alarm response, threat monitoring, access control, and emergency protocols; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Technology Integration & Optimization: Manage and optimize GSOC systems including video surveillance, AI-powered analytics, access control platforms, and communication tools; partner with IT and security technology vendors to enhance capabilities and implement upgrades as necessary.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement; conduct regular drills and table-top exercises.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned; maintain professionalism and strong communication in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive experience in physical security, risk management, critical infrastructure protection, or field operations.
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (GSOC, dispatch, or command center environments).
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with VMS, access control, incident management platforms, and AI-driven security solutions.
- Ability to assess threat data and implement timely mitigation strategies; demonstrated experience overseeing incident response, threat mitigation, or emergency operations.
- Must be available for occasional after-hours or weekend escalation; on-site role requiring in-person presence when necessary.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to pass an MVR check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in military operations, preferably in command or security-focused roles.
- Corporate security experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or high-security environments.
- High proficiency in stakeholder communication, vendor oversight, and crisis response leadership.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $82,000 - $92,000 per year. Benefits include generous PTO, comprehensive health and life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
