📋 Description

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate microelectronics equipment in an ESD cleanroom.
• Manufacture high-mix, high-frequency RF products using high-precision tools.
• Verify processes with metrology tools to assess voids and pull/shear.
• Work independently in a fast-paced startup environment while managing workflow and safety.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians using MS Office and ERP.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in electronics manufacturing or cleanroom.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative problem-solving and eagerness to learn.
• Lift 25 pounds and wear PPE; weekend shifts.
