📋 Description

• Collect and organize customer energy data for Clean Buildings benchmarking and compliance.
• Analyze building energy use to identify efficiency opportunities and compliance paths.
• Outreach to targeted customer segments; assist with workshop planning and logistics.
• Develop CBPS resources highlighting requirements and available incentives.
• Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings and workshops for customers.
• Document workflows to ensure consistency and scalability of Tacoma Power support.

🎯 Requirements

• Coursework or experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, data analysis, or building efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail while coordinating multiple tasks.
• Initiative to manage your own schedule and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.
