ClassDojo is hiring a Head of Corporate Finance to lead our corporate finance function from San Francisco or remotely. This high-impact leadership role will shape financial strategy, planning, and capital-raising initiatives as ClassDojo scales.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow
Oversee capital structure, fundraising, and investor relations
Partner with the executive team to drive strategic business decisions
Build and mentor the finance organization; implement scalable systems and processes
Ensure financial controls, accuracy, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, or related fields
Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills with the board and investors
Experience with SaaS or high-growth technology companies preferred
BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
