🎯 Requirements
- Several years of professional painting experience in construction or industrial settings.
- Expert knowledge of paints, coatings, and application techniques.
- Proficiency with spray guns, high-reach equipment, and scaffolding.
- High precision in finishing, color blending, and surface repair.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights.
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
