Develop and maintain staffing models for multiple claims units.
Prepare executive dashboards and capacity reports.
Analyze processes, question workflows, and suggest improvements.
Facilitate monthly and weekly reviews for owned models.
Improve forecasting and automate capacity planning with Excel, SQL, Python, Domo.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in workforce/business/data analytics or related roles.
Strong forecasting for claims in call centers and non-traditional ops (preferred).
Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.
Data-driven, detail-oriented with a facts-first approach.
Experience with Excel, SQL, Python; BI tools (Domo/Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
Flexible schedule; occasional travel.
