- Minimum of High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of prior workers' compensation claims adjusting experience.
- CA Self-Insurance Administrator's (SIP) Certification required (upon hire).
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Completion of mandated training and continuing education to adjust CA workers' comp claims.
