📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize the DRP contractor network to improve cycle time.
• Establish DRP strategy, operating model, governance, and performance standards.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to stand up a best-in-class repair network.
• Define contractor participation standards, onboarding criteria, and credentialing.
• Develop governance including quality controls, compliance standards, and escalation processes.
• Establish customer experience standards aligned with brand expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certs a plus.
• 7–10 years in property claims, vendor management, or contractor networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to operate independently.
• Strong analytical skills; experience developing KPIs and exec-level reporting.
• Proven ability to build programs from concept to execution.
• Strong financial acumen; measure severity, leakage, and operational impact.
