Coordinate with OON negotiation partners and medical network partners
Triaging and actioning member gap exception requests
Resolve out-of-network pricing inquiries with pricing partner
Work with subrogation vendors and Client Success to resolve cases
Research member-identified FWA claims
Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Member Advocacy, and other teams to delight members
