🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
- Licensed to adjust workers' compensation claims in one or more jurisdictions.
- Prosci Change Management Certification or CCMP; PMP preferred.
- 7+ years in workers' comp claims/ops; CMS experience; deep knowledge of end-to-end workflows.
- Critical thinking; adapt quickly; data-driven decisions.
- Math and reasoning: solve practical problems; interpret instructions; derive conclusions.
