π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 7+ years of workers' compensation claims management or related experience.
- Experience translating complex processes into clear, actionable guidance.
- Experience with Claims Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience leading operational change initiatives, including system implementations and adoption.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and vendor software.
