  • Owns end-to-end documentation of Claims workflows across Adjusting, Medical Management, and support.
  • Translates complex workflows into clear process maps and execution standards.
  • Establishes and enforces documentation standards for consistency across Claims.
  • Maintains a centralized repository for Claims workflows and updates as processes evolve.
  • Designs and delivers job aids to support real-time decision making.
  • Partners with Claims leadership, Transformation, and Technology to implement change with clarity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Seven+ years in workers' compensation claims management or related fields.
  • Proven experience with Claims Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience leading operational change initiatives and driving adoption.
  • Licenses/certifications: Licensed to adjust workers' compensation claims; Prosci CCMP; PMP.
  • Strong MS Office, Power BI, and vendor software proficiency; ability to learn new tools.
