π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Seven+ years in workers' compensation claims management or related fields.
- Proven experience with Claims Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience leading operational change initiatives and driving adoption.
- Licenses/certifications: Licensed to adjust workers' compensation claims; Prosci CCMP; PMP.
- Strong MS Office, Power BI, and vendor software proficiency; ability to learn new tools.
