🎯 Requirements

8+ years in healthcare claims analytics, payment accuracy, or reimbursement.
Leadership experience managing analytics teams.
Strong expertise in medical coding, billing guidelines, reimbursement methodologies.
Experience with claims editing or payment accuracy vendors.
Advanced SQL; experience with large healthcare datasets.
Proficient in Python/Scala/Spark; SQL*Loader; Oracle; AWS.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
