Claims Adjuster

📋 Description

• Interpret policies to determine coverage and liability.
• Maintain active communication with customers through the claims process.
• Draft, approve, and adjust estimates of damage and loss.
• Investigate claims using statements, police, property inspections, and docs.
• Partner with field appraisers to manage estimates and repairs.
• Document diary notes, assign field work, and issue payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of first-party residential property claims adjusting.
• Active Adjusters License in your state of residence.
• Knowledge/experience in California claim handling.
• Strong understanding of Florida insurance laws and good-faith handling.
• Capability to work daily and catastrophe claims in high-risk states.
• Experience with claims systems such as Xactimate, Symbility, EagleView.
