Own full bid lifecycle from plan review to submission.
Take detailed quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift and estimating software.
Review specs, addendums, schedules, and permitting to flag questions.
Manage bid solicitation and submission; coordinate supplier pricing.
Track active bid invitations; coordinate with vendors and subs on pricing/scope.
Post-award coordination with subs and suppliers; submittals and scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil work for U.S. clients.
Proven experience building estimating processes/workflows from the ground up.
Strong ability to read/interpret civil engineering and site plans with code compliance.
End-to-end bid process experience including post-award workflows.
Proficiency with PlanSwift or similar takeoff software.
Fluent English and remote experience with a U.S.-based contractor preferred.
