Develop drawings, design docs for land development projects
Calculate grading, drainage, stormwater, and water utilities
Coordinate permitting with local, state, and federal agencies
Manage field civil work: QC, conflicts, multi-discipline contractor team
Collaborate with contractors, owners, internal clients on requirements, schedules
Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
1+ years in civil engineering design, drafting, analysis
EIT or PE license
AutoCAD Civil3D experience
StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS experience
On-site Bastrop, TX facility; remote not considered
