Prepare, review, and stamp civil plans (grading, drainage, utilities, site layout)
Interpret project specifications, drawings, and survey data
Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and clients through permitting
Perform engineering calculations and quality control reviews
Provide technical guidance to project managers during execution
Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed

🎯 Requirements

Active Professional Engineer (Civil) license
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with grading, drainage, and site utility design
Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects
Experience with land development and subdivision design
