Identify bottlenecks in traditional civil workflows that technology can solve
Create reference designs and benchmarks to measure product performance

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in civil engineering design (water/wastewater/transport)
Proficiency in Civil 3D
Experience with HEC-RAS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, SWMM
Strong opinions on improving engineering workflows
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup with software engineers
