📋 Description

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with senior exec stakeholders.
  • Oversee cross-functional delivery, renewal strategy, and growth in key customers.
  • Own onboarding and delivery of high-value projects across your portfolio.
  • Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities, including negotiations.
  • Represent customer voice in internal meetings and coach teammates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Extensive strategic account management, customer success or PM/consulting in public transport or SaaS.
  • Exceptional relationship-building with C-level, director and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen; comfortable supporting Sales with contract negotiations.
  • Skilled at managing complex delivery programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Fluency in French is required; additional languages are a plus.
