🎯 Requirements
- Extensive strategic account management, customer success or PM/consulting in public transport or SaaS.
- Exceptional relationship-building with C-level, director and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen; comfortable supporting Sales with contract negotiations.
- Skilled at managing complex delivery programs with multiple dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in French is required; additional languages are a plus.
