City Manager, Dundee/Aberdeen

📋 Description

• Be the local expert for Dundee/Aberdeen and the face of Deliveroo locally.
• Draw insights from data to improve our proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
• Manage top restaurant partners, lead negotiations and grow partner performance.
• Coach the local account manager to grow and build local hero brands.
• Identify and sign up new local favourites to Deliveroo and set them up for success.
• Lead city plan execution, set priorities, negotiate deals, and direct the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy.
• Effective relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, results and target-oriented.
• Comfortable using data on restaurant partner and area performance.
• Self-starter, autonomous, mix of field-based (2-3 days) and office/home (2-3 days).
• Driving licence and car preferred to travel in your area.
