  • Be the local expert for the North-West cities (Liverpool/Chester/Manchester) and be the face of Deliveroo in the area.
  • Draw insights from data to improve our customer proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
  • Account management for top restaurant partners, leading negotiations and optimising performance.
  • Work with Account Managers to support growth of local hero brands.
  • Identify and sign up new and top local favourites to Deliveroo and set them up for success.
  • Lead the local Business Development Managers and be the day-to-day contact for coaching and deal making.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles
  • Results- and target oriented
  • Comfortable using data on restaurant partners and city/area performance
  • A hybrid field and office/home working pattern (2-3 days each)
