City Expansion Manager (f/m/d) – Geneva

📋 Description

• Own the city growth end-to-end: bookings, revenue, supply, and unit economics.
• Hands-on builder on the ground: test, fix, iterate, and scale what works.
• Chase opportunities to create bookings: supply gaps, demand spikes, partnerships, pricing.
• Guide landlords to publish listings, update availability and pricing, and respond quickly.
• Address issues and unblock bookings; engage landlords and tenants when needed.
• Leverage central teams as force multipliers for faster growth.

🎯 Requirements

• French (native or fluent) and English fluent.
• Experience building something from zero or in early stages.
• Background in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startups/scale-ups).
• Strong external stakeholder communication skills.
• Data literacy: know metrics, interpret data, and act on insights.
• Ability to work independently and drive topics forward.
