We are seeking a Mid/Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in multi-platform development, UX, and web design to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating visually stunning, functional web applications on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress.

You will be the bridge between development, design, and marketing teams across time zones, ensuring cohesive efforts. Your skills should include advanced JavaScript tailored to AEM and WordPress, mastery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and WordPress themes, plugins, and custom post types.

Familiarity with Java for AEM backend integrations and PHP for WordPress, along with Git, Node, and SQL, is crucial. A commitment to well-tested code, design aesthetics, and collaborative teamwork is essential.

What you'll do:

  • Participate in peer reviews, maintaining high code quality and promoting knowledge sharing
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring all code is efficient and adheres to best practices
  • Ensure 100% tested and functional code before going live
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Facilitate clear communication among teams to align technical, creative, and strategic objectives
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing web applications using advanced front-end technologies
  • Collaborate with the design team to align UI/UX designs with development standards
  • Propose alternative solutions based on your development experience
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across multiple time zones
  • Apply expertise in JavaScript, Java, Git, Node, PHP, and SQL to enhance the development environment
  • Champion accessibility, meeting WCAG guidelines
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and solutions
  • How you'll do it:

  • Apply your AEM and WordPress expertise to build scalable and efficient web applications
  • Use Git for version control, ensuring efficient source code management within a team setting
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging within AEM and WordPress to optimize performance and maintain application quality
  • Produce detailed documentation to guide the development process and assist team members
  • Implement performance optimization techniques in AEM and WordPress to ensure fast and responsive user experiences
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback, maintaining open communication to align development with business goals
  • What you have:

  • Expertise in AEM and WordPress, with a focus on front-end capabilities and backend integration
  • Strong skills in JavaScript and an understanding of Java in relation to AEM
  • Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented approach, thriving in collaborative environments
  • A keen eye for detail and a genuine appreciation for design, translating creative visions into functional applications with a focus on user experience and aesthetic integrity
  • Advanced proficiency in Git operations, including merging PRs, branch management, and code deployment

  • Extensive experience in creating responsive designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
  • A passion for continuous learning and engagement with the broader AEM and design communities.
  • A solid understanding of the social media landscape, with insights into leveraging these platforms for enhanced user engagement and outreach.
  • An appreciation for data visualization, with the ability to present complex data in a visually compelling and accessible manner.
