Location: Frankfurt, Germany. Employment: Hybrid. This backfill role is for Michelle Heinza and reports to Johan Renström. You will drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for PR Newswire solutions across the DACH region.

Overview

Cision is seeking a Sales Consultant for the DACH region to join PR Newswire in Frankfurt, Germany. This hybrid role supports the DACH sales team and backfills a position previously held by Michelle Heinza. The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B software sales track record and the ability to grow revenue in a complex market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH region.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to drive revenue.
• Deliver product demonstrations and compelling value propositions for PR Newswire solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, finalize terms, and close deals.
• Maintain CRM data and report on activity and results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, ideally in the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Frankfurt.
• Existing network within agencies or brands in the DACH market is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: €50,000 per year. Commission target: USD 19,200 per year. Pay interval: monthly. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement within the EMEA region.
