Assistant Tax Manager – Cision

Overview

Cision is seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to support EMEA tax compliance and reporting, based in London. The role is part of a broader reorganization and reports to the Hiring Manager. The benchmark salary range for this role in London is £72,105 to £77,528 per year (GBP).

Responsibilities

Assist with EMEA tax compliance and reporting obligations
Support UK corporate tax filings and VAT compliance
Assist with tax planning, tax risk management and support for tax audits
Coordinate with external tax advisors and the Global Tax function
Contribute to global tax projects as part of the reorganization
Maintain tax calendars and documentation in line with policy

Qualifications and Skills

3-5 years of tax experience in corporate tax and/or VAT
Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; professional accreditation (CTA/ACCA) preferred
Strong knowledge of UK tax law and IFRS tax accounting
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
