Support the Head of Department in managing the team during rehearsals and performances.
Supervise and train technicians, local crew, and temporary staff.
Act as interim Head of Department when required.
Maintain and repair costumes, wigs, shoes, and makeup.
Provide training to artists in hair and makeup application.
Organize backstage areas including dressing rooms and quick-change spaces.

🎯 Requirements

Availability to tour internationally full-time.
Degree or diploma in live entertainment or theatre.
Minimum 5 years in wardrobe on large-scale productions.
Technical expertise in costume repair and wig styling; one specialty.
Experience supervising staff; backstage/dressing essential.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
