Overview

Circle.so is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to scale paid acquisition, optimize campaigns, and measure impact across channels. This role blends analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional teamwork to improve funnel performance and growth.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor key metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and provide data-driven optimizations.
Execute A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling campaigns.
Maintain budgets, pacing, and reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker, etc.).
Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends to inform strategy.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; familiarity with other ad networks is a plus.
Analytical with experience using GA4, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
Experience with landing page optimization and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaborative mindset; able to work in a fast-paced startup.

Nice-to-have

Experience with Circle-like products or community platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Experience with experimentation tools and hypothesis-driven testing.
