  • Support Sales on payment-specific calls to close new business.
  • Collaborate with product, onboarding, support, eng, and sales for a seamless experience.

  • SaaS account management, customer success, or sales in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing high-volume or SMB portfolios with growth and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, expansion, or retention goals.
  • Strong communication to explain payments concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Consultative, customer-first mindset with commercial acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; multi-priority.
