About This Role

We are a team of passionate people focused on making the world accessible through education. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Student Admissions team as a key partner in planning strategy while also taking ownership of executing high-impact projects.

This is a role for a strategic "go-getter " who can both plan and execute. You will work closely with the lead marketer to help execute current campaigns (both online and offline) and be responsible for building our future paid marketing efforts as we expand into B2C student undergraduate and postgraduate admissions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Full-Funnel Campaign Execution

    • Run point on marketing campaigns, taking projects from idea to completion.

    • Execute destination-specific (e.g., UK, Australia) and point-of-funnel-specific (e.g., top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel) campaigns.

    • Work with telecallers and the counseling team to ensure marketing efforts are helping them hit their team-level and business-level goals at each part of the funnel.

    • Leverage Gen AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to create effective and scalable campaign flows and copy for emails, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.

  • Paid Marketing & Growth

    • Use your experience to help launch, manage, and optimize our paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, WhatsApp) as we branch into B2C.

    • Run organic WhatsApp campaigns to our existing student base, and aim to generate higher conversions from pre-qualified students.

  • Offline & Event Marketing

    • Hold a special focus on offline marketing, working closely with UEAs and school teams to plan activities that generate qualified leads from partner schools.

    • Bring our offerings to these partner schools through dedicated events and event participation.

  • Strategy & Collaboration

    • Act as a key sounding board for new ideas, campaign planning, and figuring out "what's next."

    • "Connect the dots" between different teams to ensure our marketing activities are aligned and effective.

About You

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

  • Experience & Skills

    • 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns from start to finish.

    • Real, hands-on paid marketing experience (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and a willingness to build this function.

    • Deep understanding of the marketing pipeline (MELs, MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities) and how to move customers through it.

    • Experience in the tech, internet, or edutech industry is highly preferred.

  • Qualities

    • You are a proactive "do-er" who can both think strategically and execute flawlessly.

    • You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build new programs from scratch.

    • You are a creative problem-solver who can "connect the dots" between teams and data.

    • You enjoy a "test and learn" environment and are data-driven in your decisions. You can quickly pivot from “duds” to “winners”.

    • You’re a collaborative team player that can work with teams at other sites and in varying time zones.

  • Bonus:

    • Experience using Airtable, Clevertap, WhatsApp tools (WATI, AiSensy, etc).
