About This Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to lead and scale marketing operations across Manifest Global’s businesses worldwide. This is a senior role for someone who has consistently driven marketing operations at scale, thrives on handling high volume and variety of work, and can independently lead projects, manage stakeholders, and mentor team members. You will play a pivotal role in driving automation, data accuracy, CRM integrations, and campaign efficiency, ensuring marketing performance is tracked, optimized, and continuously improved.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the primary lead for marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and campaigns.
- Partner with senior marketing leaders to define and refine operations strategy, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
- Anticipate challenges, proactively design solutions, and influence stakeholders across global teams and regions.
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations
- Own the end-to-end marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring adoption and optimization.
- Design and oversee complex nurture journeys, segmentation, and personalization to maximize campaign ROI.
- Lead the lead management process (capture, routing, scoring, enrichment) to ensure alignment and timely follow-up with sales.
- Maintain consistency and quality in campaign execution, monitoring performance and implementing best practices.
- Data & Analytics
- Drive data hygiene and governance, ensuring marketing systems maintain clean, structured, and segmentable datasets.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track core marketing KPIs, pipeline influence, and channel ROI.
- Partner with revenue operations and sales teams to connect marketing data with overall business impact.
- Translate analytics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Technology & Integrations
- Take ownership of the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are well-integrated, optimized, and scalable.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and automations to drive efficiency.
- Serve as the internal expert on CRM, automation, and data management systems, supporting adoption and best practices.
About You
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience
- 6–9 years of proven experience in Marketing Operations within a B2B environment, ideally SaaS or technology.
- Strong expertise with Clevertap, HubSpot, Airtable, or equivalent CRM/automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience in lead management, campaign operations, and marketing analytics.
- Deep knowledge of data management, segmentation, and governance best practices.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
- Skills & Qualities
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult stakeholders and cross-functional/global teams.
- Proven track record of leading projects independently, influencing decisions, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to simplify technical details for business audiences.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle volume, variety, and global complexity.
