The Pre-Counselling Advisor will support students and families in navigating the college admissions process with empathy and clarity. This role at Cialfo requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial and follow-up counselling sessions with prospective students and families.
Assess student goals, strengths, and preferences; provide guidance on programs and courses.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, schedule counselling sessions, and track progress.
Collaborate with admissions teams and school partners to align guidance with application timelines.
Assist with resource development and career guidance materials.
Represent Cialfo at outreach events and webinars.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English with students, families, and partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, counseling, or related field (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Experience in education counselling, student services, or related role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and strong attention to detail.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
