Have an eye for details and a keen numerical sense? Our Finance & Accounting Team upkeeps the financial health of the company and provides strategic insights to stakeholders, paving the way for further expansion and growth.

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP, AR, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
• Preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
• Liaise and provide support to internal stakeholders on financial matters.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise.
• Liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required.
• Support compliance activities such as finance filing, tax filing, and audits.
• Assist in implementation of new processes, policies and system when required.

About You

• Qualification
  • A relevant Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience
  • 1 – 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications Excel).
  • Knowledge in Xero/Netsuite system is an advantage.
• Skills & Qualities
  • Independent, adaptable and able to meet tight deadline.
  • Willing to take on special projects and assignments when required.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
