Cialfo is seeking a Client Partner for BridgeU Business in India. In this strategic role, you will build and manage partnerships with schools and education organizations, drive adoption of BridgeU Business solutions, and help partner institutions achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to partners and ensure a successful, scalable partnership program.

BridgeU Business is a part of Cialfo that focuses on partnerships with educational institutions to enhance student guidance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with partner institutions for BridgeU Business in India
• Develop and execute partner enablement, onboarding, and adoption plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align on partner strategy
• Represent BridgeU Business in client meetings, events, and presentations
• Gather partner feedback, inform product improvements, and contribute to strategy
• Track partner success metrics and contribute to revenue growth and retention
• Travel within India as needed to support partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or customer success in SaaS/EdTech
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus
