📋 Description

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date deal records throughout the pipeline.
  • Ensure required deal fields are completed correctly and consistently.
  • Proactively identify missing/duplicate/inaccurate CRM data and cleanup.
  • Monitor pipeline health and flag data issues to GTM leadership.
  • Maintain contact, company, and account data quality for reporting/segmentation.
  • Support troubleshooting HubSpot issues for GTM team members (permissions, workflows, automations).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CRM admin (HubSpot).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, documentation, and basic reporting.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity to learn new tools and continuously improve.
