Meet your team

Our Customer Success team at Choco strives to deliver value to vendors throughout the partnership lifecycle-from initial setup all the way to long-term growth. We digitise food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With Choco AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a vendor’s system within seconds, enabling them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business.

We are now looking for a CSM to support us in making our AI technology even more efficient and transforming our vendors’ operating processes.

Given the collaborative nature of our work (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office role (4-5 days) based in Berlin or Munich.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the execution of premium vendor partnerships, taking full responsibility for the post-sales relationship

  • Support account executives during late-stage negotiations and take ownership once agreements are signed

  • Lead onboarding and run trainings to ensure a seamless implementation

  • Spend time on-site with vendors during launch to ensure successful adoption and operational integration

  • Identify upsell opportunities and manage contract renewals within your portfolio

  • Drive measurable account growth by deepening product usage and unlocking new value for partners

  • Act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams (integrations, product, finance, marketing)

  • Share customer learnings to help improve processes, product development, and acquisition efforts

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years in an externally-facing project management or account-facing role

  • Strong work ethic with motivation to grow personally and contribute to team success

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, comfortable simplifying complex technical topics

  • Ability to quickly understand problems, identify root causes, and proactively implement solutions

  • High attention to detail and consistently high standards

  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Commercial mindset and ability to spot expansion opportunities within accounts

  • Fluent German and English (C1/C2 written & spoken)
