Sr. Data Analyst, Lending

📋 Description

• Drive advanced analytics and experiments for lending growth.
• Design and lead experimentation using A/B tests and causal inference.
• Build scalable models, segmentation, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Act as a senior IC, mentoring through influence and expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product, growth, finance analytics, or data science.
• Strong understanding of measurement, causal inference, and incrementality.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization with Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Proficient in experimentation, A/B testing, and stats.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling across teams.
