Senior Director, Procurement and Third Party Risk

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end procurement and third-party risk management.
• Own sourcing strategy, negotiations, contracting, and vendor oversight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape vendor strategy and governance.
• Define and implement procurement policies, standards, and reporting.
• Oversee vendor risk programs, due diligence, monitoring, remediation.
• Ensure spend and vendor risk reporting for public-company scrutiny.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or risk mgmt.
• Proven experience scaling procurement org in a complex, fast-growing environment.
• Deep expertise in sourcing, vendor negotiations, procurement ops, and risk mgmt.
• Strong governance, internal controls, and compliance for public companies.
• Balance agility with risk and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Data-driven with metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
