🎯 Requirements
- 12–15+ years in People Strategy, Operations, Analytics, or related transformation.
- Experience designing enterprise HR or business transformations with measurable impact.
- Deep program and portfolio management with governance and exec reporting.
- Experience leading HR M&A activities, due diligence and integration.
- Strong business acumen linking People strategy to outcomes.
- Ability to translate abstract strategy into clear operational plans.
- Exceptional stakeholder mgmt; influence across a complex org.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; executive storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined; manage multiple high-stakes initiatives.
