Chiller Specialist (Chilled Water/Data Center) - Level 4/5

📋 Description

• Maintain large-scale chilled water HVAC equipment (air handlers, pumps, towers).
• Support datacenters and production environments with critical mechanical infra.
• Collaborate with engineers/customers to maintain systems and write PM instructions.
• Perform ductwork mods, brazing, soldering, evacuation and refrigerant charging.
• Install/repair/maintain pipes, fittings, heating and drainage systems.
• Read schematics, troubleshoot, and test; open and track work tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years experience with large-scale industrial chilled water equipment.
• Preferred: degree or certificate in HVAC technology.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical safety, pneumatics, piping, rotating machinery, and fasteners.
• Experience with chiller plants, DoAS and ARU in industrial/commercial environments.
• Read schematics and shop drawings; basic AutoCAD and/or Revit.
