📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Deliver evidence-based care via telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and collaborate with families.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Support after-school and weekend access with flexible scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• Maryland licensed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with multistate eligibility (PA/NJ/VA).
• 1+ year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Telehealth or virtual session experience.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (1099 possible).
• Availability after 4pm ET on weekdays or weekends.
