📋 Description

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure care quality.
• Participate in clinical consultations to improve skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Virginia as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• At least 1 year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual therapy.
• Own a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
• Flexible schedule, after 4pm ET, including some weekends.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
