Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26.
Build meaningful connections with patients and families to engage in care.
Monitor progress toward care goals; adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans.
Maintain thorough patient records and documentation.
Provide telehealth care during afterschool/evening/weekend hours.

🎯 Requirements

Independently licensed (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or PsyD/PhD) in MD; licensure in PA/NJ/VA.
Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents.
Minimum 1 year telehealth/virtual setting.
Own your phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
Commit to 8+ hours/week during core hours (after 4pm M-F, weekends 8am-7pm).
