Monitor progress toward care goals and adjust treatment as needed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
On-site role in Centreville, VA with afterschool, evening, and weekend sessions.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed as a LSW in Virginia.
Min 1 year experience with children and adolescents.
Min 1 year telehealth/virtual experience.
Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
Commit to min 5 hrs/week after 3pm Mon-Fri and 8am-7pm weekends.
Fully on-site role; VA clinic locations include Vienna and Centerville.
