Child and Adolescent Therapist - LPC, LMFT, LCSW

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children and teens (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Build positive, trusting rapport with patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for integrated care.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation.
• Support families in coordinating care and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Virginia-licensed LPC/LCSW/LMFT.
• 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• 1 year of telehealth/virtual care experience.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (1099 contractor).
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET, including after-school hours and weekends.
• Proficient with Google Suite and EMR systems.
