Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
Build strong rapport with patients and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for integrated care.
Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in EMR systems.

🎯 Requirements

Licensed LMSW or SISW in Maryland.
Minimum 1 year of direct therapy with children and adolescents.
Experience with telehealth/virtual sessions.
Proficiency with Google Suite and EMR systems.
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule after 4pm ET.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
