Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT - Vienna, VA

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Involve families and coordinate with outside specialists as appropriate.
• Deliver care in a hybrid model with in-person and telehealth sessions and flexible scheduling.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Virginia with LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• 1 year of experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• 1 year of telehealth or virtual session experience.
• Own phone, computer, and reliable internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor).
• Availability after 4pm ET on weekdays and weekends.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
