🎯 Requirements
- Independently licensed in at least one US state (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)
- Willing to obtain licensure in Blackbird states (licensure sponsorship)
- 1 year direct therapy with children/adolescents
- 1 year telehealth or virtual care experience
- Own phone, computer, and high speed internet
- Availability after 3pm ET and weekends
