🎯 Requirements
- Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland
- Minimum 1 year experience with children and adolescents
- Minimum 1 year experience in telehealth or virtual care
- Own your phone, computer, and high-speed internet
- Commit to 5+ hours/week during core hours after 4pm Mon-Fri and weekends 8am-7pm
- Hybrid role at Frederick, MD clinic location
