Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents (ages 2-26).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and collaborate with families.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with specialty providers.
• Hybrid model: virtual and in-person sessions with after-school hours.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.
• 1 year of experience providing individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth/virtual sessions.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET and weekends.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
