Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

📋 Description

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with families.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty providers.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and records.
• Deliver therapy in hybrid (virtual and in-person) settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as PA LCSW/LPC or LMFT.
• At least 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• 1 year telehealth/virtual care experience.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable to 1099).
• Flexible schedule after 4pm ET, weekends.
• 20 hours/week, with 17 direct and 3 non-clinical hours.
